On Monday June 15, 2020 the offices of Gastroenterology Associates in Williamsville, Wheatfield and Orchard Park begin welcoming our patients back for in person visits.
We want to assure you that your safety, and the safety of our staff, continues to be a top priority for us. The office will be adhering to the guidelines from the CDC and NYS Department of Health, and will make every effort to ensure the office is safe for all patients who will be coming in.
To limit the amount of time a patient needs to be in the office, a staff member will be calling to pre-screen you for your appointment. Due to the social distancing regulations only the patient will be allowed into the office for their appointment unless the patient has a special need. We have arranged the waiting area to accommodate the distancing regulations and require all patients come in with a mask or face covering.
Please do not schedule an in person visit or come into our office if you are sick or having any symptoms. If you are not feeling well or have continued concerns for your safety / well-being, you can call the office and schedule a remote tele-health visit with one of our providers from the comfort of your home.
We will continue our extensive cleaning and sanitizing routine daily which includes wiping all surfaces before and after each patient visit and a complete office cleaning daily. Hand sanitizer will also be available throughout the office.
Please remember to utilize your portal as it is the best form of communication with our office. Through the portal you will be able to see your test results or request an appointment. If you do not remember your log in or have never set up your patient portal, call the office today and we will register you.
Thank you for your patience during this very difficult time.
Please stay safe and we look forward to seeing you soon. Remember cancer won’t wait for COVID to end~ call to schedule your screening today!!
