Dr. Penn is a Western New York native who received her medical degree from the Jacobs School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences in Buffalo, NY. She subsequently completed both her Internal Medicine Residency and Gastroenterology and Hepatology Fellowship at the University of Rochester Medical Center in Rochester, N.Y.  Dr. Penn has a passion for all things GI and strives to make a meaningful difference in the quality of life of her patients.

Outside of work, Dr. Penn enjoys cheering on the Buffalo Bills, and spending time with her husband, son and family dog.
