This position will answer large volume of phone calls Monday through Friday from 8:00am-4:30pm
The responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- scheduling appointments
- make reminder calls
- verify insurances
Must have excellent customer service skills, able to prioritize and problem solve.
Experience in medical office and Medent (or another EMR) preferred.
