A Western New York native and Canisius College graduate, Dr. Schaus is board certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Gastroenterology and the American Osteopathic Board of Internal Medicine. He received his medical education at the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed his Internal Medicine residency at Cleveland Clinic. Following a year of practicing Internal Medicine as an attending physician at Cleveland Clinic, he completed a community-based Osteopathic Gastroenterology fellowship at Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine, Erie, PA.
