Dr. Picano is a Gastroenterologist who received his Doctorate in Medicine from the University at Buffalo where he also completed his Internal Medicine Residency.  He was selected to serve as Chief Resident at Buffalo's VA Medical Center. Dr. Picano completed his Fellowship in Gastroenterology,. Hepatology and Nutrition at the University at Buffalo.
