A native of Fredonia, New York, Dr. Malikowski completed his Doctorate in Medicine at the State University of New York at Buffalo. He subsequently completed his Internal Medicine Residency at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota. Following residency he was employed at Mayo Clinic as a Hospitalist and Assistant Professor of Medicine. He then decided to pursue specialty training and returned to Western New York where he completed his Gastroenterology Fellowship at the State University of New York at Buffalo. 

Dr. Malikowski has published research on a variety of topics in the field of gastroenterology and has a passion for providing quality clinical care. He is proud to be a part of the Western New York community. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and three children.
